It's my first participation in the I challenge Aunt Alia's recipes and I am delighted with it. For this first time I have chosen the sweet recipe, cute, that I have been left like a crispy cookies with a rich flavor of anise, besides you can not imagine how well he smelled the whole house while he was baking them.

Monadas

300 grs. of flour
100 gr. of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground anise
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 teaspoon of dry baker's yeast
2 eggs

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well until get a thin and manageable dough.
Make some balls of 50 gr., we give it oval shape, crush them a little and let stand 1 hour covered with a cloth.
Cook in the oven preheated to 190º for 20 minutes (a little less if you like more claritas)

Once cold we sprinkle them with icing sugar

For the next time I do I'm going to bake them a little less because even though they're not burned they look too dark.
It has made me very happy that Nayat, my Saharawi niece, told me that she had eaten it in the camps for Ramadan, but as a cake in a crown mold instead of a tiny one, but that the taste is the same.
